ValorMax, operated by Cache Technologies and Communications Pvt Ltd, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and follow the on-screen refund instructions; or
- Email support@cache-tech.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
After the 30-day window
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Exceptions
Refunds outside the 30-day window may still be granted at our discretion, for example in cases of duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented use of the Service, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
